Hi Aviv,

What a great idea and a super way to share your experiences during this year before your Bar Mitzvah. Would love to be hiking with you and will to some extent as we read your adventures during your hikes.

Lots of love and very much looking forward to sharing your Bar Mitzvah with you.

We marked March 19th on our calendar. If all goes well, we hope to be in Jerusalem to share with you and your family.

Hi Aviv, what a wonderful way to prepare for your barmitzvah by getting into nature and exploring the country and discovering new things. would love to read about the coming trips. If you want, I can recommend a book about wild edible herbs which would be a fun thing to look at especially in the winter when there is lots to munch on,including delicious wild asparagus! With love, Tziona

Hi Aviv,
What fun it is for us to be able to share your hiking adventures with you! I hope that we can share many other adventures you have this year if you post them on your blog. It looks like you’re following in your abba’s blogging footsteps! Keep up the good work!

I always like a fellow hiker! Great descriptions of your hikes, can I suggest you do Wadi Kelt, its wonderful now full of water and green even in the summer.
Enjoy!

Can you do Wadi Kelt as a loop, starting and coming back to the same place?

Hi Aviv,
We just read your most recent Blog and we not only enjoyed sharing the adventure with you (thank you very much for not only writing the blog, but for being such a good and detailed writer. As someone mentioned, you are taking after your Abba and specially your Grandpa Blum.

Uncle Steve and Saba also went on a Tiyul this past Sunday to celebrate Father’s day. We went up into the mountains East of San Diego. It was a pretty warm day up there, but the views were magnificent. No pics this time, but we’ll remember the camera next time.

Your building some wonderful memories and we are looking forward with lots of anticipation to each of your future Tiyuls. It’s really “almost” like walking along with you and we thank you again for sharing the experience with us.

Lots of Love,

Saba and Grandma Carol

P.S.
Which tooth did you lose? Had it been pretty loose already? You’re lucky it fell out and you didn’t lose it. Happy “tooth fairy”.
